Advantages of eating
nutritious foods
Centuries ago people like
Romans used fruits and vegetables to feed their armies during war to make them stronger.
People this century especially the nutritionists don’t know the true history of
food. All we know is food is our main basis of life for us humans. Food is a
blessing given to us by God.
People nowadays
particularly the kids refuse to eat nutritious food. Why? Because they think
that anything that is green tastes bad. Psychologically speaking the human mind
declines nutritious food that is good for the body but little that they know
when the human mind has only a limited capability of thinking this is the time
that they eat fruits and vegetables to increase the capacity of their brain to
gather information or in other words they only eat in a specific time if they
want to excel and when they already excelled that is the time where they will
stop eating nutritious food. Are there ways to feed the kids nutritious foods?
Yes! There are several ways to feed your toddler healthy and nutritious foods.
First, you must start with the basics try
inventing or mixing basic fruits in vegetables like mixing apple and lettuce in
order to give the child a little bit of sweetness.
Second, create up a new
or cool name for veggies like couch potato or golden carrot to make the kids
think that this is a unique veggie.
Third, teaching your kids
the nutritional facts about that specific fruit and vegetable helps your kids
to be more conscious next time on what are the benefits of that food that
he/she is eating.
Lastly, the main goal of
this exercise is to maintain the balance between the foods that your child is
eating by doing this your child can be healthy and if possible ill-free.
These steps can help your
child build stronger bone and anti-body against sickness. These steps have
several advantages in your child making him/her more robust. If you want your
children to have a jubilant life then start changing his/her way of eating.
Always remember we get to live as long as we like if we have good eating
habits.
