Why You Shouldn’t Drink Softdrinks

 

          Soda has long been a part of celebrations, parties, and in our everyday lives. It’s no surprise many people drinking it everywhere. You see youngsters drinking it in any season and in every situation. What makes softdrinks so appealing?                                                                                    

          These softdrinks come in different containers, from bottles to cans, in a great variety of attractive colors and labels. They attract the eyes of consumers to taste them. Once you get a taste of it, it will leave you wanting more. People claim that it quenches thirst and removes aftertastes of food they have consumed especially oily ones. There are those who say that it helps ease stomach pain caused by indigestion.

 

          Not few but many people are aware that these bottled beauties hide a nasty surprise. We do not take the harm that it does to our bodies seriously, just like smoking. They know drinking softdrinks is bad, but they still keep on doing it. People who have sweet tooth usually drink soda to satisfy their cravings. In the process, they get hooked. Due to the caffeine and high sugar content, young children become hyperactive and restless. Not only that, but soda also causes hyperacidity which could lead to ulcer.

 

          Soda’s bad for you. You should drink water, fresh fruit juices, and shakes, which are much better for your body. In this way, those who are wanting for sweets can still get their sugar fix without compromising their health. Do you want to live a healthy life? The choice is yours.
